Technical issues

Feedback and ideas
Tell us what feels good, what creates friction, or what you wish the platform handled differently.
You do not have to turn it into a polished feature request.
Describe the experience. We will do the translating.

Before you send the message.
Do not place confidential invention details, unpublished technical material, trade secrets, passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive personal information in this form.
The contact form creates a support request. It is not part of your private invention workspace.
If your question concerns something inside an invention, describe the problem without disclosing the invention itself. The team can arrange an appropriate next step if more information is needed.
What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation containing your support ticket number.
A real person will review the request and respond to the email address you provide. Response time depends on the nature and complexity of the question, but issues preventing inventors from accessing or using their work receive priority.
If the confirmation does not arrive, check your spam folder or write directly to hello@afcopilot.com.
Your message may be processed by automated tools to help categorize and route it. AetherForge does not use private invention content to train general-purpose AI models.
