xAI data-use statement
AetherForge uses xAI through its business API, not the consumer Grok service. Under xAI’s business terms, xAI does not use API user content to train foundation models, large language models, or other AI systems. AetherForge has enabled xAI’s Zero Data Retention option. Under xAI’s current terms, content submitted through a Zero Data Retention-enabled API exists only transiently for response generation and is then deleted within the period stated in xAI’s applicable terms. AetherForge retains its own account and project records under AetherForge’s retention policy.

AetherForge may update this list as providers change. We will provide notice when required by applicable law or our contractual obligations.
